Awesome, awesome.
and Nah.... You keep your five pounds. As a matter of fact, I respectfully request you put on another 10 pounds. That way, if we ever do a tri together, I can keep up with your skinnny ass :-)

Awesome finish! Besides that hellish 30 miles towards the end the bike, it was a fantastic day for a race.
