I completed my first Ironman (Florida) in 2007 and a second in 2009 (Florida again), but have since moved on to pursuits of a bit more laid back nature.

OH MY GOOD GOD!!!
How sad to see him (I mean you) in that condition!!! What's the prognosis...new bike? Or is he fixable?
